Human Resources Scorecard

Syncrude has developed a scorecard to track our progress on people-related matters in a clear and consistent manner.

The scorecard includes measures on attraction and retention, leadership and learning, workforce productivity, and health and safety results (the latter are reported on the Health & Safety Performance page of this website). The scorecard will be continually refined and expanded to include more measures, and will aid in the identification and proactive management of emerging human resources and business issues.
